Analisis Perilaku dan Preferensi Spasial Pengunjung dalam Pengembangan Program Ruang Edukastif Museum Pendidikan Surabaya

Museum pendidikan merupakan sarana pembelajaran nonformal yang berperan dalam menyampaikan pengetahuan melalui pengalaman ruang yang edukatif. Namun, program ruang yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan pola aktivitas pengunjung sering kali menyebabkan pengalaman belajar kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perilaku dan preferensi spasial pengunjung sebagai dasar pengembangan program ruang edukatif di Museum Pendidikan Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur, observasi, serta analisis aktivitas dan perilaku pengunjung. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman terhadap pola pergerakan, preferensi ruang, dan kebutuhan pengunjung dapat meningkatkan kejelasan fungsi ruang, efektivitas sirkulasi, serta kualitas interaksi dengan konten edukatif. Temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa pengembangan program ruang yang berorientasi pada pengguna mampu menciptakan lingkungan museum yang lebih adaptif, komunikatif, dan mendukung proses pembelajaran secara optimal.
