Persepsi Keadilan Akademik dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Keterlibatan Mahasiswa Dalam Kegiatan Organisasi Kampus

This study aims to analyze the relationship between student perceptions of academic justice and their level of involvement in student organizations in the college environment. .Academic justice includes aspects of distribution, procedural, and interactional justice in the learning and assessment process. .This study uses a qualitative approach using the case study method, referring to the article "Academic Assessment Controversy: Students ask for justice" published at kumparan.com. .The results of the analysis show that the perception of injustice in the academic assessment system can reduce student motivation to be involved in campus organizational activities. .Conversely, when students feel that the academic system is fair and transparent, they tend to be more active in the organization, which in turn can improve the development of character and leadership skills. .This finding underlines the importance of higher education institutions to apply the principle of justice in academic practices to encourage student participation in constructive organizational activities.
