The medical profession has a high moral and legal responsibility in carrying out its medical practice. Violation of medical professional ethics not only damages public trust but can also have legal consequences. This article discusses violations of medical ethics from a forensic perspective, covering the basic principles of medical ethics such as autonomy, beneficence, non-maleficence, and justice. This study also highlights the important role of the Indonesian Medical Discipline Honorary Council (MKDKI) and the mechanism for resolving ethical violations, and provides case examples to demonstrate how these principles are applied in practice. The purpose of this article is to increase doctors' awareness and understanding of the importance of upholding professional ethics in order to maintain the dignity of the profession and patient safety.
